Welcome to our home on GOT PARKING? WE DO! Our ample circular drive accounts for a small part of our eight acres but is a big part of our entertaining. We can park a caravan!

Here's a view of "Kathy's Parlor" from the south yard, one of four master suites. From her balcony she has incredible views toward Breckenridge and Mt. Baldy.
GOT ELK? WE DO! These yearlings are visiting today and are part of the elk herd that comes down sometimes to graze right along side the horses. They seem to be just showing off. See Mt. Baldy to the south?
GOT VIEWS? WELL WE DO! Now this is "Classic Colorado" from our point of view but you know . . . it feels like it could be just about anywhere in the western part of this country. There's the illusion of seclusion, yet the 'pizza guy' delivers from just eleven minutes down the road!
This view down the hallway toward the Foyer and one of the guest suites, shows off the combination of marble, stone, and wood that gives such a nice blend of durability, quality and style that transcends fad and fashion.
Down the hallway ( the other direction) is the open and accommodating kitchen with slab granite surfaces that makes for a quick and easy breakfast or an elegant banquet. The cabinets are SOFT OAK. SUITS A CATERER JUST RIGHT . . . A "FOODIES" DELIGHT!
Moving from the kitchen into the dining area, then into the open and inviting elegance of the living room with the size that makes the baby grand piano in the room, look small.
As we travel west and northerly around the great room, notice how the snow-capped image of "Red Mountain" seems to be drawn right into our living room. When we want shade, the remotely operated blind systems comes in very handy.
Do you wanna dance? Just slide the furniture around and . . . "trip the light fandango" or maybe do a "Texas two-step".
Looking in the direction of the fireplace you feel how the combination of copper, wood and stone provides a solid but warm welcome to our guests who gather and enjoy the openness during any occasion; casual or formal.
Below the twin support features of the lofted balcony, are two water features to the left and right of the entry hall. These controlled features provide water sounds that refresh and revitalize your senses. Just listen in your mind to the cascade.
Here on the balcony loft, as you pause a moment, your gaze is directed
westward through the floor to ceiling wall of windows, to the mountains
that sweep in a panorama from north to south.
The master bedroom speaks for itself with a charming dialect. Oh, and there's a real neat spiral staircase down to Bill's office that you might just miss. And you wouldn't want to miss the deck off the north side of the bedroom suite that looks down on the party-size hot tub below; easy access but just far enough distant for sound privacy when we retire early.
